Clifford Andrew, age 72 of Rockford, passed away on February 23, 2026. He was born on September 10, 1953 to George and Mona (Hill) Woolcock in Porterville, California.

Enjoyed hunting, fishing, and reading.

Preceded in death by his parents; sister Lisa & brother Chan.

Clifford is survived by his sister Esther (Dan) Schmidt, many nieces & nephews.

A private family inurnment will take place at a later date.
