Kathleen Mary Sexton passed away on May 23, 2016. She was born November 30, 1931 in Waverly, MN to Thomas and Elizabeth (Westrup) O’Connell.

Kathleen married Jerome H. Sexton on June 23, 1956 in Waverly. They were blessed with 4 children Mary Beth (Lou) Mitteco, John (Marcia) Sexton, Kathy (Patrick) Boerbon, Becky (Randy) Mills; 6 grandchildren Alex Evenski, Andrew Evenski, , Tracy Sexton, Ashley Kruzel, Betsy Sexton, Maggie Schwartz; 1 great grandson Braxton. She was preceded in death by her husband Jerry and 3 infant granddaughters.

Kathleen was an active member of St. Mary Catholic Church in Waverly.

Mass of Christian Burial was held 11 A.M. Friday, May 27, 2016 at Church of St. Mary in Waverly. Visitation was from 9-10:45 A.M. in the Church of St. Mary’s Fellowship Hall. Interment was in the church cemetery.
