Peggy Ann Zimmerman-Belbeck, wife, sister and aunt has left this world with grace and dignity at the age of 60. She was born on September 25, 1957 in Carver County, Minnesota to Eugene and Evelyn (Hermann) Zimmerman.

Peg was a graduate of Chaska High School and the University of Minnesota. She was the Managing Director of Minnesota Comprehensive Health Care, Minnesota’s high risk pool for almost 2 decades. She helped thousands of people, whose insurance companies would not insure, get affordable health care.

Peg had a flair about her of creativity for all things beautiful. She was a Master Gardener with amazing flowers and gardens; she was an extraordinary photographer; she designed and completed quilts; and she created a warm and welcoming space wherever she found herself. She loved nature and outdoors-she actually worshiped it. She was intelligent and funny with a quick wit. She was a good person to be around. She will be missed greatly.
