Jeffery Bilger, age 61 of Watertown, passed away Wednesday, February 3, 2016 surrounded by his family at the Ridgeview Medical Center in Waconia, Minnesota. He was born on June 6, 1954 to Robert and Shirley (Lenord) Bilger, Sr. in Wayzata, Minnesota. Jeffery was a loving father, grandfather and friend. He was the kind of person you could always ask for help and was very generous. He loved to fish and care for the family pets, especially his dogs. Jeffery was preceded in death by his parents. He is survived by his son Tony (Ali) Bilger; granddaughters Lilly and Nicole; siblings Bob (Tina) Bilger Jr., Randy (Debbie) Bilger, Rhonda (Keith) Stein and Rick (Corina) Bilger; longtime friend and roommate Jackie as well as many nieces and nephews, cousins and friends. Private family services will be held.
