Connie Lynn Gilbertson, age 63, of Maple Plain, passed away peacefully, surrounded by loved ones, on August 28th, 2018.

Connie is survived by her devoted husband of 39 years, Fred; children Tiffany Gutierrez, Nicholas (Ashley), Caitlin Sveum (Jay); grandchildren Zachary, Gabrielle, Tucker, Finn, Malia, Jackson and other loving family and friends.

To know Connie was a blessing. She was the rock of her family and always lent an ear and helping hand to whoever was in need. Her sense of humor and laughter will live on in all of those who have had the good fortune of being in her presence. The love she selflessly gave to her family will be forever held in their hearts. Connie will be missed terribly, but never forgotten.

Services to celebrate Connie’s life were held on September 16, 2018 at 2pm at Trinity Lutheran Church, 2060 Cty Rd 6, Long Lake, MN 55356. A gathering of family and friends was from 1-2 pm.
