Clare Francis Johnson, “Slippery” age 64 of Winsted, formerly of Watertown passed away on Tuesday, October 09, 2018 after a brief courageous battle with Leukemia. He was born August 12, 1954 to Warner and Grace (Kuka) Johnson in Watertown, Minnesota.

Clare was a proud loving Father and friend to many. He loved softball, bowling and racing. He was preceded in death by his parents Warner and Grace Johnson. He is survived by his daughters Jaime and Nicole; brother Jack (Helen) Johnson; niece Stacy (Ted) Reilly, nephew Johnny (Kellie) Johnson; mother of his daughters Pam Johnson and her parents Dave and Pauline Lundgren; best friend and golfing buddy Kenny (Mary) Johnson.

Memorial Mass of Christian Burial was held on Saturday, October 13, 2018 at 11 a.m. at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Watertown, Minnesota. Gathering of family and friends took place on Friday from 4 to 8 p.m. and continued on Saturday from 10 to 11 a.m. ALL in the church. Inurnment was in the church cemetery.
