Craig Michael Harter was born on December 16^th, 1964 in Watertown, Minnesota to Ronald and Marilyn (Hayes) Harter. He successfully worked in the mortgage business for many years. He loved to hunt, fish, and be in the great outdoors. He had a giving heart and a bright smile. Craig passed away July 3^rd, 2019 from many health complications. He is survived by his mother and sister. Private burial service pending for a later date.
