Georgiana Motzko, “Georgie” , age 68 of Delano passed away on Tuesday, October 29, 2019 with her family by her side. She was born on May 28, 1951 in Britton, South Dakota.

Georgie was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother, sister and friend to many. Her grandchildren were her priority. She loved fishing and caring for her animals and home.

Georgie was preceded in death by her parents Victor and Phyllis Grossinger; grandparents George and Ozeline Zirnhelt; brother Shawn Grossinger; grandson Caleb Motzko; father-in-law Jim Motzko and brother-in-law Kenny Leuthner. She is survived by her husband of 47 years, Ron; children Rodney (Jessie) Motzko, Heidi (Chad) Harwood, Jason (Dawn) Motzko and Robby (Kendra) Motzko; 10 grandchildren Zach Harwood, Cody Harwood, Nate Harwood, Austin Kurtz, Claire Motzko, Madelyn Motzko, Avery Motzko, Brody Motzko, Evan Motzko and Owen Motzko; 2 great grandchildren Adysen Pettit and Silas Stoldt; siblings Roxy (Ed) Holtz, Mary (Greg) Moen, Pammy Nguyen, Tommy (Sandy) Grossinger, Doug (Cathy) Grossinger, Rita Grossinger (special friend Ken); mother-in-law Geraldine “Gibber” Motzko; sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law Bev Leuthner, Nancy (Jerry) Fiecke, Jimmy Motzko, Tim (Judy) Motzko, Debbie (Joe) Mauk.

Mass of Christian Burial was at 11 AM on Monday, November 4, 2019 at St. Mary of Czestochowa Catholic Church, 1867 95^th St. SE, Delano, MN 55328. Visitation was on Sunday, from 4-8 PM and continued Monday, from 10-11 AM prior to the Mass at the church. Interment was in the church cemetery.
