Linda Jean Brown age 68 of Montrose passed away on Friday, December 25, 2020. She was born December 19, 1952 to Norman and Florence (Warner) Richardson in St. Paul Park, Minnesota.

Linda was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister and friend. She loved to play “Words with Friends”, create beautiful crafts with her hands, play cribbage, fish; but most of all she loved to spend time with her family. She had a flare for entertaining and making the holidays something even more special. Linda’s daughter Annie referenced her passionate love to all children, stating, “I will hold on to our memories, knowing that our bond was strong. The love of a mother can never be broken”

Linda is preceded in death by her parents Norman and Florence (Warner) Richardson, brother Mitchell Richardson, sister-in-law Michele Johnson, half-brother Ronnie Richardson, half-sister Kathy (Jerry) Doten, and brother-in-law Merrill Tobek.

Linda is survived by her husband of 26 years, Todd; children Matthew Theisen, Peter Theisen, Andrew (Sheryl) Theisen; Luke (Melissa) Theisen, Annie (Larry) Dyer; grandchildren Tinisha Theisen and Ruby Theisen; brothers Doug Richardson, Dale Johnson, Steve “Spank” (Patty) Richardson; sister Jan (Dan) Bushaw; sister-in-law Nancy Richardson, half-sister Elaine Tobek as well as many other family members.

Private family funeral service was held Tuesday, December 29, 2020 at Iten Funeral Chapel in Delano, Minnesota. Interment was in the Delano Public Cemetery.
