Corinne Barbara Georges age 92 of Loretto, passed away peacefully on Sunday, June 26, 2022. She was born April 27, 1930, to Harry and Lillian (Wiesmann) Arens in Medina, Minnesota.

Corinne grew up in Loretto and graduated from Mound High School in 1948. She was united in marriage to Norman T. Georges on Nov. 27, 1954, at Ss. Peter and Paul Catholic Church in Loretto, Minnesota.

Corinne was a loving mother, grandmother, great grandmother, sister, aunt, and friend to many. She loved to spend time with her family playing cards, spending time at the cabin, and sewing and knitting. Corinne lived life fully and cared deeply.

Preceded in death by husband Norman; sister Marion Roehl, Donald Arens, Robert Arens, brothers-in-law Jack Roehl and Charles Ghostley. Survived by children Terry (Nancy Hollis), Gayle (Dan) Koch, Scott (Jill); grandchildren Ryan (Melanie) Koch, Brent (Tracy) Koch, Kelly (Nate) Schmid, Judy (Richard) Gutridge, Jeff (Ashlee) Georges, Matthew Georges, Lexi Georges, Richie Lansing; and great grandchildren; siblings Eleanor Ghostley, Richard (Rosie) Arens, sister-in-law Millie Arens.

Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Friday, July 1, 2022, at 11 a.m. at Ss. Peter and Paul Catholic Church in Loretto, Minnesota. Visitation will take place in the church from 9 to 11 a.m. prior to the Mass. Interment will be in the church cemetery.
