Brian Scott Lindquist, 58 of Zimmerman, Minnesota, died unexpectedly at his home on October 9, 2023.

He was born in Watertown, Minnesota on February 4, 1965 to DeLaine (Schmidt) and Allen Lindquist as the youngest of four. He spent many hours helping Greg work on his car and going on fishing, hunting, and snowmobile trips with his Dad, brothers and children. He had a love for classic rock, NASCAR, fastpitch softball, and collecting. Brian attended Delano High School, graduating Class of ’83, before completing a 30+ year career at US Food Service.

Brian was preceded in death by his Father Allen Lindquist and is survived by his mother DeLaine Lindquist, brothers Greg and Kevin Lindquist, sister Denise Bernick, children Brittany (Wesley) Lindgren, Blake (Sarah) Lindquist, and Lauren (Joseph) Anderson, his girlfriend Shelia Duncan, her son Dalton (Taylor) Duncan, and eight grandchildren, Louise, Henry, and Charles Lindgren, Levi, Owen, and Baby Lindquist, Noah and Cole Anderson.

Brian was a presence in any room, he had a contagious smile and gave the best hugs. He was loved by all and will be missed dearly.

Funeral services will include a visitation on Wednesday October 18th at 10:00am and service at 11:00am at Iten Funeral Home in Delano, followed by a small luncheon and burial at Delano Public Cemetery.
