Terry Allen Pawelk age 61 of Pine City, formerly of Watertown passed away unexpectedly on Sunday, January 7, 2024. He was born May 30, 1962, to Kenneth and Germaine (O’Connell) Pawelk in Watertown, Minnesota.

Terry was a loving husband, father, grandfather, brother, uncle and friend. He grew up in Watertown and graduated from Watertown Mayer High School in 1980. He went onto Hutchinson Technical School where he completed a diesel mechanic degree. He went to work in a variety of different jobs over the years and upon retirement began the one job that he truly loved, farming. Time spent working in the fields and helping his friends with their farming was a passion more than a job. He also spent time helping at the family Luce Line Orchard where everyone knew him as “Uncle Terry.”

He met the love of his life Dianne Patton and they were married in 1991 and to this union three children were blessed. Terry loved to spend time hunting and fishing.

Terry was preceded in death by his parents Kenneth and Germaine Pawelk, Parent-in-law Harold and Marie (Schindele) Patton. He is survived by his wife of 32 years Dianne; children Samantha Pawelk, Dustin (Katelyn) Pawelk, Kenneth Pawelk and fiancé Ebony Knight; grandchildren Logan, Knox, Mekhi, Adrian, Lainey, Isla’mae; siblings Rick Pawelk (Terri Traen), Tammy (Steve) Kassulker, Barry (Lori) Pawelk; as well as many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

A celebration of Terry’s life will be held later.

Uncle Terry will be missed by many.
