Richard William Windsperger age 91 of Watertown died on Saturday March 19, 2011 at the Elim Home in Watertown. He was born April 1, 1919 to Andrew and Catherine (Brandner) Windsperger in Crystal, Minnesota.

Richard was preceded in death by his wife Merlyn and 9 siblings. He is survived by his children Joyce (Luis) Rubio, Nancy Graham, Lee (Mischelle) Windsperger, Cheryl (Larry) Davis; 8 grandchildren: Steve Graham, Scott (Amy) Graham, Justin Graham, Kris (Michelle) Davis, Jodie (Luke) Peterson, Marie Rubio, Andy (Jen) Windsperger and Caitlin Windsperger; 11 great grandchildren: Kaila, Tyler, Trista, Marisa, Brady, Madelyn, Brevin, Lydia, McKenna, Morgan, Olivia; and special friend Marion Boll.

Mass of Christian Burial was held on Saturday March 26 at 12 p.m. at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Watertown, Minnesota. Military Honors were provided by the Watertown American Legion Eugene Earley Post #121. Interment was in the church cemetery.

Casket bearers were Steve Graham, Scott Graham, Justin Graham, Dr. Andrew Windsperger, Kris Davis, Charlie Poppler, Gary Shopek and Corey Winkler. Readers for the Mass were Maria Rubio, Caitlin Windsperger and Jodie Peterson.
