Bradley Ryan Johnson (75) of Waverly, passed away on September 23, 2024, surrounded by his loved ones. Bradley was born on November 27, 1948, in Devils Lake, North Dakota to Ernest and Hazel (McLaughlin) Johnson.

Bradley and his sweetheart, JoAnn, joined in marriage on March 9, 1973. They raised 5 beautiful children together: William, Shelly, Jenell, John, and Monica.

Bradley served 2 years in the army as an 82nd airborne infantry paratrooper. Throughout the years he worked as a farmer, an over the road truck driver, a carpenter, and lastly a finish dry waller. He enjoyed mowing his lawn, gardening, listening to music, fishing, driving and camping. Bradley especially loved spending these activities and his time with his family and grandchildren.

Bradley was a loving husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather, son, and friend.

(Chucky), Christian (Anna), Emily, Larissa (Lukas), Kelsey (Jake), Maria (Elijah), Eric, Cali (Blake), Ryelee, Angelo, Jace, Alexis (Carsen), Abigail, Lorenzo, Jordynn, William, Kailee, Sherrette, Jesenia, Amelia, Antonio, Bryson; Great- grandchildren, Marcus, Rosita, Graysen, Alonzo, Maverick, Sawyer, Selena, Kamden, Dakota, Bradlee, Isaiah; Sister-in-law’s, Sharon, Mary; Lisa, and Jackie; Special niece, Christie; and many other family and friends. Bradley is preceded in death by his father Ernest; Daughters, Jenell and Monica; Brothers, Thomas and Gregory; Brother-in-laws, Butch and Mike; and grandson baby Richard.

A celebration of life will be held at 3:00 pm on Friday, October 18th at the Delano American Legion. A gathering of family and friends will be held prior from 2:00-3:00 pm.
