Beverly Mae Froehling, “Bev” age 83 of Orono, formerly of St. Paul died unexpectedly on Tuesday, August 9, 2011 at her home in Orono. She was born September 27, 1927 to Frank and Elsie (Bursch) Holland in Mahnomen, Minnesota.

Bev was a loving mother and grandmother. She was the consummate homemaker, never missing a birthday, an excellent cook, always knowing what foods go best together and always able to add just the right thing. A kind of “Martha Stewart”; Bev had a flair for decorating. She created all of her children’s clothing as they were growing up. She would remake clothes that were purchased, either improving they’re look or reinforcing the seams.

Bev is survived by her children Carol Froehling, Steve (Debby) Froehling, Cindy (Larry) Crowson; 6 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.

Private family services will be held.
