Clarence John Russek age 86 of Delano passed away peacefully at home on Sunday, Sept. 12, 2010 surrounded by his family. He was born November 17, 1923 to John and Kathryn (Motzko) Russek in Franklin Township, Minnesota.

Clarence was preceded in death by his twin sons John and Joseph; parents John and Kathryn Russek; sisters Irene Dietrich and Marie Russek.

He is survived by Luella; sons David and RoseAnn Russek, Jim and Karen Russek, daughter Mary Minske; 10 grandchildren; 27 great grandchildren; sister Bernie Yantes; brother John Russek.

Mass of Christian Burial was held on Thursday, September 16, 2010 at 11 a.m. at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Delano, Minnesota. Visitation was on Wednesday from 4 to 8 p.m. at the Iten Funeral Home in Delano, Minnesota with a 3:30 p.m. Rosary. Visitation continued Thursday from 10 to 10:45 a.m. at the funeral home prior to leaving for Mass. Rev. Christopher Wenthe officiated with interment in the St. Joseph Cemetery in Delano, Minnesota.
