Diane Lorraine Christiansen, (Hartneck) age 75, formerly of Delano, passed away on May 14, 2024, with her family by her side. She was born on January 18, 1949, in Watkins, Minnesota to James and Viola Hartneck.

She was a loving mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. She made an endless effort to attend any family gathering, especially her grandchildren’s events.

Diane had an incredible work ethic and instilled that into her children and grandchildren. She was passionate about cooking, farming, gardening, playing cards, hunting, fishing, and spending time with family. To add to that, she was an all-out Minnesota Vikings fan.

She was preceded in death by her parents. She is survived by her children Deb (Dan) Hoen, Joe (Jane) Fake, and Theresa (Jim) Schultz; grandchildren Robert (Ella) Hoen, Larissa (Jon) Skoglund, Jacob Hoen, Samantha (Owen) McCann; Julia (Nick Selleck) Fake, Lily Fake, Erin (Tyler Hanson) Schultz, Adam Schultz, and Tezza Schultz; great-grandchildren Charlotte Skoglund, Benjamin Skoglund, and Harrison Skoglund; siblings Ron (Lorraine) Hartneck, Jerry (Ellie) Hartneck, and Pat Huhn.

Memorial Mass of Christian Burial at 11 AM on Saturday, May 18, 2024, at the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Watertown, Minnesota. A visitation will be held prior from 9:30-11 AM, all at the church. Inurnment in St. Anthony Catholic Cemetery in Watkins, Minnesota at a later date.
