Evelyn Alice Johnson age 83 of Watertown, Minnesota passed away on Tuesday, May 3, 2016. She was born January 27, 1933 in Lester Prairie, Minnesota to Albert and Alice (Mielke) Lueck.

Evelyn enjoyed cooking, sewing, baking and garage sales. She was an active member of Trinity Lutheran Church in Watertown, Minnesota.

She was preceded in death by her husband Earl; daughter Barbara Nelson; brother Linus Lueck.

Evelyn is survived by her children Mark (Barbara) Johnson, Joan (Tim) Erickson; grandchildren Jonas (Esther) Johnson, Brandon (Heidi) Johnson, Kara (Ryan) Fausch, Eric Nelson (fiancée Stephanie), Stephanie (Blake) Malia; 12 great grandchildren Thelia, Adelyn, Josiah, Eliza, Kathryn, Austin, Ben, Andrew, Eli, Marissa, Belle, Isaac; sister Lois Lynch; brother Marvin (Carole) Lueck; son-in-law Doug Nelson; sister-in-law Karen (Russ) Bloomdahl.

A Memorial service was held on Saturday, May 14, 2016 at 11 a.m. at Trinity Lutheran Church in Watertown, Minnesota. Gathering of family and friends was in the church on Saturday from 10 to 11 a.m. prior to the funeral. Inurnment was in the church cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, memorials preferred.
