Helen Marie Neaton, age 89, of Watertown, died Saturday, November 13, 2010 at Suite Living in Champlin, Minnesota.

Helen was born March 9, 1921 to James and Nellie Sullivan in Galveston, Texas. Helen married Donald Neaton in 1945 and they made their home in Galveston until 1977. Upon retirement, Helen and Donald moved to Minnesota and settled in Watertown.

Helen is preceded in death by her husband, Donald, her parents James and Nellie, her brother James, and her sisters Margaret and Patsy.

Helen is survived by her two sons, James (Linda) and Dennis (Joan) Neaton and daughter Donna (Will) Bobb; grandchildren Jeffrey (Emberly Nesbitt) Neaton, Matthew (Lisa) Neaton, Sarah (Karl) Kussow, Christi Neaton, Michael (Mary) Neaton, Katherine Bobb, and Brian Bobb; and great-grandsons Daniel and Christopher Kussow.

Mass of Christian Burial was held on Tuesday, November 16, 2010 at 10AM at the Immaculate Conception Church in Watertown, with visitation from 9 to 10AM at the church. Rev. Timothy Cloutier celebrated the Mass with interment in the church cemetery.
