James T. Mross, Sr., age 86 of Glencoe, formerly Hutchinson passed away on December 8, 2021. He was born on December 11, 1934 in Montrose to Aloys and Julia (Salonek) Mross.

Jim earned a degree as a locksmith and in small engine repair. He performed most of his own auto repairs to his car as well as his sons.

Jim loved to play cards with his family, hunt and fish. He often times would rent a cabin on a lake to fish with his family. He loved doing anything with Jeff and Jon who lived close by and talking on the phone with his other kids. He was a great handyman, loved the outdoors and will be greatly missed.

Jim is survived by children James T. Mross Jr. of Colorado, Julie Fulir of Phenix City, AL, Jeff Mross of Glencoe, MN, Jean Walter of Glencoe, MN, Jon Mross of Hutchinson, MN and 9 grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his wife Vicki on Feb 25, 2013.

A Private interment was at 11 AM on Saturday, December 11, 2021 in the St. Mary Cemetery in Waverly. Pallbearers were be Jeff Mross, Jon Mross, Mladen Fulir, and Jim Mross Jr.
