Janice Helen Apitz, “Jan” age 71 of Pine City, Minnesota passed away on Saturday, January 3, 2015. She was born May 13, 1943 in St. Cloud, Minnesota to Bert and Virginia (Craighead) Goodale.

Jan was the former owner of J & K Liquors of Lino Lakes.

She is survived by her daughter Marybeth (Scott) Kluck; grandsons Trace and Seth; siblings Kenny Goodale, Richard (Carol) Goodale, Dennis (Marsha) Goodale, Joan (Cal) Ladd, Sandy (Harry) Cox; special friend Jim Scheunemann. She was preceded in death by her sister Phyllis Babatz and a brother Wally Goodale.

Memorial services were held at 3 p.m. on Sunday, January 11, 2015 at the Iten Funeral Chapel in Delano, Minnesota. Gathering of family and friends was held in the funeral home from 2 to 3 p.m. prior to services.
