Jeffrey Alan Goble, Jeff age 64 of Delano, formerly of Hackensack, Minnesota passed away after a courageous battle with cancer on Friday, April 11, 2025.  He was born May 15, 1960, to Terry and Ruth (Laughton) Goble in Frankfurt, Germany.

Jeff grew up in Hackensack and graduated from Walker High School.  He met the love of his life Carolyn Golden at Precision Cosmet in 1985 and they were united in marriage in 1988.

Jeff loved to collect.  He was known for his collections of vintage movie posters, lobby cards and monster models.  He enjoyed painting and building models.  His knowledge of old vintage movies was extensive.

He never had a bad thing to say about anyone.  Jeff always possessed a smile on his face and a good morning to everyone.

Jeff and Carolyn were blessed with the birth of a son Taylor Jeffrey who passed away in the same year of his birth in 1990.  Jeff and Carolyn made their home in Eden Prairie, Minnesota until 2010 when they moved to Delano, Minnesota where they have resided until today.

The love that Jeff had for Carolyn was immense, as was his love for his 6 grandchildren.  He will be profoundly missed by them and his stepdaughter Brooke to whom he was an amazing stepfather.

Jeff is survived by his wife Carolyn, parents Ruth Goble and Terry Goble, brothers Brett (Deana) Goble, Todd Goble, stepchildren Brooke (Omar) Ortiz, step grandchildren Jaden, Bryce, Chase, Ava, Noah, Roman; sister-in-law and brothers-in-law Kathy (Dan) Golden-Brandon, Douglas Golden.

There is a new star in Heaven above. And don’t forget to stop at McDonald’s as Jeff did for your fountain Coke.

Memorials are preferred to the family and a memorial site has been created at Spot Fund to assist Carolyn Goble.
