Judi Jackson-Husman, formerly of Watertown, passed away peacefully at home on Wednesday, March 26, 2014.  Judi grew up in Minneapolis, graduated from Washburn High School and Winona State College.  She worked as a paralegal for 27 years after which she began volunteering at St. Paul’s U.C.C. and Wayzata Community Church.  She had a love of dogs and shoes, and bought a pair of shoes before each chemo treatment (because she could).  She is preceded in death by her parents Charlotte and Howard Jackson and survived by her husband, Paul; son, Sam; brother, Ron (Nancy) Lyslo; nephew, Kurt; and many extended family members.  The family wishes to extend their gratitude to Minnesota Oncology, particularly Dr. Weinshel and the nurses and clerical staff at the Edina Clinic, and the Fairview Hospice team.  A Memorial Service was held at St. Paul’s U.C.C. in Delano on Saturday, March 29, 2014 at 7:00pm.
