Judy Lee Ramola, 75, passed away on August 21, 2021 with her family by her side in Minneapolis, Minnesota.

Judy was born September 8, 1945, in Braham,Minnesota to Clifford and Jeannie Olson. Her parents moved in with them in 1986 to be closer to the family. This allowed Judy to start her career at Waconia Hospital as a Med. Tech in the lab. She loved this job and all her coworkers and retired in 2010.

She graduated from Cambridge High School in 1963; and graduated from St. Cloud State with a Bachelor’s of Science. George and Judy met at George’s cousin’s wedding. They were married on April 17, 1971 in Cambridge, and moved to Independence. They were blessed with three children all adopted from Korea.

Judy’s interests included reading, beading jewelry, spending time with family, and enjoying farm life. She loved to bow hunt, being outdoors and LOVED animals in which there were so many: cats, dogs, chickens, sheep, cattle, and too many more to name.

She was preceded in death by her parents, grandparents, and son James.

Judy is survived by her husband, George; children, Jason (Karen Vogel) Ramola, and Jenny Ramola (Matt Mueller); and 1 granddaughter Grace Marie Ramola. Along with other relatives and many friends.

A Memorial Service took place at 11 AM on August 28th, 2021 at St. Maximilian Catholic Church, St. Peter campus in Delano, MN. Visitation was prior to the service, from 9:30-11 AM in Martha’s Hall of the St. Peter campus. Inurnment immediately followed in St. Joseph Cemetery in Delano, MN. A funeral luncheon was after the inurnment in Handzel Hall at St. Joseph campus in Delano.
