Karen Elizabeth Fritz, age 63 of Victoria, formerly of Watertown, passed away on Tuesday, March 8, 2016 at the Ridgeview Medical Center in Waconia, Minnesota. She was born October 31, 1952 to Jerome and Isabella (Eiden) Fritz in Watertown, Minnesota.

Karen was a longtime resident at Bethesda Community Living in Victoria, Minnesota. She enjoyed working at a variety of businesses in Victoria, Minneapolis and the surrounding areas. She was kind, gentle, loving and a little stubborn. She loved word finds, birds, babies, children and her family.

Karen was preceded in death by her parents Jerome and Isabella Fritz; a brother Roger Fritz; and nieces Ann Marie Fritz and Donna Fritz. She is survived by her siblings Donald (Karin) Fritz, Marilyn (Marty) Wandersee, Jerry (Sharon) Fritz, Rose Ann (David) Russek, James (Angie) Fritz, Barbara (Dave) Armstrong, Judy (Ken) Theis, Linda (Mike) Yantes; as well many nieces and nephews.

Memorial Mass of Christian Burial was held at 11 a.m. on Tuesday, March 15, 2016 at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Watertown, Minnesota. Gathering of family and friends took place from 9 to 11 a.m. on Tuesday in the church prior to Mass. Inurnment was in the church cemetery.
