Lambert William Van Lith, “Turk” age 82 of Buffalo passed away on Thursday, June 14, 2012 at his home in Buffalo. He was born October 21, 1929 to Martin and Gertrude (Croymans) Van Lith in Hamel, Minnesota.

Turk was preceded in death by his son Ross; parents Martin and Gertrude Van Lith; siblings Martha (Ernie) Wandersee, Martin (Kitty) Van Lith, Fritz Van Lith, Art (Juanita) Van Lith, Dorothy (Clarence) Addicks, Casey Van Lith, Irene (Harvey) Wandersee, Gert (Kenny) Hanson.

He is survived by his wife Liz; children Joseph (Dana) Dolence, Karl (Marjorie) Van Lith, Terri Kimble, Sherri Cwik; 11 grandchildren: Rebecca, Brian, Julia, Kevin and Stephen Dolence, Michael Van Lith, Matthew Van Lith, Aaron Van Lith, Dylan Kimble, Katelyn Cwik and Paige Cwik; 1 great granddaughter Adele Taylor; brother Leonard (Mickey) Van Lith; sisters-in-law Janice Van Lith and Angie Van Lith.

Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Wednesday, June 20, 2012 at 11 a.m. at St. Peter Catholic Church in Delano, Minnesota. Visitation will take place from 4 to 8 p.m. on Tuesday at the Iten Funeral Home in Delano, Minnesota with a 4 p.m. rosary and 7 p.m. prayer service. Visitation will continue 1 hour prior to services in the church on Wednesday. Interment with military honors will be in the Calvary Cemetery in Delano, Minnesota. In lieu of flowers memorials preferred.
