Lana Jean Pivec, age 72 of Rockford, went to be with her Lord and Savior on November 19, 2015. Lana was born on July 20, 1943 in Thief River Falls, Minnesota to Alaric and Harriet (Eliason) Dupont. Lana was a dietary aid at Hillcrest Healthcare for over 30 years. Lana was preceded in death by her parents and brother Carhet Dupont. She is survived by her husband of 55 years Donald; children Kim, Cory, Sheri, Jackie; 7 grandchildren April, Dylan, Callie, John, Dan, Luke, Ben; 1 great granddaughter Olivia. Memorial Service was held 11 a.m. Wednesday, November 25, 2015 at Cross Lutheran Church, Rockford. Gathering of family and friends was from 10-11 a.m. at the church prior to services. Inurnment was in Elmwood Cemetery.
