Linda Karen (Rivet) Fisher, at the age of 79, passed away peacefully at Ridgeview Medical

Center in Waconia, Minnesota on November 5, 2019, after a courageous battle against cancer.

Preceded in death by her parents Arthur and Ethel Rivet and step-mother Harriet. Survived by

her loving husband of sixty years, Jim Fisher. Lovingly remembered by children Steve (Jan),

Ron, Bill (Krista), Sue, and Joanne (Ron); 17 grandchildren, 19 great-grandchildren, brothers

Tom (Nancy) and Danny Rivet, sister-in-law Marilyn Bladel, many nieces and nephews.

Linda was born on March 21, 1940 in Concord Massachusetts to Arthur and Ethel Rivet. She

married Jim Fisher from Rock Island, Illinois, in Bedford Massachusetts on June 20, 1959.

After living in Rock Island and Onalaska Wisconsin, they settled in Delano Minnesota in 1970 and raised their five children. Linda was a wonderful wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother.

A Celebration of Life gathering was at Iten Funeral Home in Delano Minnesota, Tuesday, November 12, 2019 from 4 to 8 p.m.
