Lorraine L. Pouliot age 85 of New Hope, formerly of Loretto passed away on Friday, June 27, 2014. She was born July 1, 1928 to August and Dorothy (Kehn) Gresen in Rockford, Minnesota.

Lorraine was preceded in death by her husband Lloyd, daughter Judith Knodel; and granddaughters Michelle and Shannon Knodel. She is survived by her children Kathy Pouliot, Eileen Pouliot (Paul Banda), Joyce (Mark) Lewis, Laverne Gazelka, Dennis (Deb) Pouliot, Leon (Sandy) Pouliot; 18 grandchildren; 10 great grandchildren; brother Harvey Gresen; sister Lois Boll.

Mass of Christian Burial was on Wednesday, July 2, 2014 at 11 a.m. at St. Thomas the Apostle Catholic Church in Corcoran, Minnesota. Visitation was held from 4 to 8 p.m. on Tuesday at the Iten Funeral Home in Delano, Minnesota. Visitation continued 10 to 11 a.m. on Wednesday at the church prior to Mass. Interment was in the church cemetery.
