Marvin M. Hentges, “Scheiber” age 79 of Delano left this earth on Wednesday, January 27, 2010. He was born March 13, 1930 to William and Bertha (Grolla) Hentges in Watertown, Minnesota.

Marvin was a longtime employee of Plehal Blacktopping.

Marvin was preceded in death by his parents, William and Bertha Hentges; a brother Clifford; sisters Adeline, Louella and Irene; nephew Dennis Quast; brother-in-law Alton Lundquist; sisters-in-law Lorraine Fraser, and Connie Hentges.

Left to mourn his passing, wife Loelita “Lee” of 48 years; son Lance; 4 brothers and spouses Clarence “Dutch” and Mae Hentges, Milton “Mickey” Hentges, Russell and Charlotte Hentges, DeVern and LaVonne Hentges; sister-in-law Marlys Lundquist; as well as many nieces and nephews.

Memorial Mass of Christian Burial was held on Wednesday, Feb. 3 at St. Peter Catholic Church in Delano, Minnesota. Rev. Christopher Wenthe officiated at the Mass with inurnment in the Watertown Community Cemetery.
