Phyllis Margaret Chinn age 86 of Delano passed away on Thursday, February 27, 2014 at the Golden Living Center in Delano, Minnesota. She was born September 17, 1927 to Emil and Marie (Bolling) Anderson in Minneapolis, Minnesota.

Phyllis enjoyed doing wordfinds, playing Bingo, and watching movies. She loved to sing and to find anyone willing to play a good game of cards.

Phyllis is survived by her children and their spouses: John and Bernadette Grenzer, Karen and Duane Schlosser, Gary and Julie Grenzer, Andrew Chinn; 8 grandchildren: Marjorie Peterson, Kelly (Paul) Huck, Bridget (Daniel) McNitt, Lori (Adam) Potts, Ben (Amy) Grenzer, Gina (Kurt) Johnson, Amanda (Mike) Fisher and Daniel Grenzer; great grandchildren Eli Peterson, Chloe Grenzer, Robert Potts, Xavier McNitt and Victoria McNitt.

Prayer services were held on Thursday, March 6, 2014 at 4 p.m. at the Iten Funeral Home in Delano.

Inurnment with full military honors will occur at Ft. Snelling National Cemetery at a later date. Rev. John Gallas officiated at the services.
