Robert Eugene Schmidt, “Uncle Bob” age 68 of Rockford, Minnesota passed away unexpectedly on Sunday, March 1, 2020. He was born on June 6, 1951 in Minneapolis, MN to Edward and Esther (Dahl) Schmidt. Bob was an employee of Liberty Carton in Golden Valley for over 30 years.

Bob was a loving brother, uncle and great uncle. He was preceded in death by his parents Edward and Esther Schmidt and a sister Julie Schmidt Tysdal. Bob is survived by his sister Bonnie (Bob) Stevens; niece Amanda Schmidt; nephews Jarrod Schmidt, Ed (Annette) Stevens, Chris Stevens, Chad Stevens; great nephew Dylan Schmidt; brother-in-law Ryan Tysdal.

A celebration of life will occur at a later date.
