Roger Harold Diesen age 76 of Maple Plain passed away on Tuesday, September 17, 2013 at the Cottage Wood Senior Living in Buffalo, Minnesota. He was born January 24, 1937 to Harold and Martha (Nordlie) Diesen in Minneapolis, Minnesota.

Roger was preceded in death by his wife Janice and a daughter Terri. He is survived by his children Cheryl (David) Young, Christopher Diesen; grandchildren Tony (Jennifer) Underwood, Cory Young, Brandon Barrentine; 2 great grandchildren Megan and Chad.

Memorial services were held on Saturday, September 28, 2013 at 4 p.m. at the Iten Funeral Chapel in Delano, Minnesota. Inurnment with military honors were at Ft. Snelling National Cemetery in Minneapolis, Minnesota.
