ara Bertha Neururer age 94 of Federal Dam passed away on Monday, February 18, 2013 at the Good Samaritan Care Center in Howard Lake. She was born November 7, 1918 to Levine and Sylvia (Ghequire) Demeyere in Deer River, Minnesota.

Sara was a longtime resort owner in Federal Dam, Neururer Boat Landing. Her sunny smile will be sorely missed by her family. She is survived by her son Peter (Joan) Neururer; grandchildren: Peter (Andrea) Neururer Jr, Corinne (Troy) Berg, Phillip (Regan) Neururer; 12 great grandchildren: Pete, Reanna, Jessie, Jonas, Eben, and Nolan Neururer; Tom, Josh, Joe, Nora, Kate, and Caleb Berg; and a sister Freeda Ford.

Mass of Christian Burial was held at 11 a.m. on Thursday, February 21, 2013 at Church of St. Mary in Waverly, Minnesota. Inurnment will occur in the Fairview Cemetery in Federal Dam this summer.
