Shadi Ashrafi, age 47 of Montrose, MN passed after a courageous battle with colon cancer on Tuesday, April 6, 2021. She was born March 30, 1974 to her mother Homa and father Morteza in Shiraz, Iran.
Shadi was a loving wife, daughter, sister, cousin, aunt, and friend. She got her Bachelor’s degree in English Literature and worked many years in Business marketing and management.
Shadi loved her family, friends, and co-workers, and loved to help people. She loved to cook and bake and was famous for her pastry cooking. She liked nature, outdoor activities, and travel.
It is with deep condolences we say goodbye to our beautiful Shadi.
Although she has left us, we know her bright and caring soul is at peace, resting in heaven.
