Sharon A. “Sheri” Czech age 58 of Delano, passed away after a courageous battle with cancer on Monday, December 28, 2015, peacefully at home with her husband at her side. Loving wife, mother and grandmother. She was born July 6, 1957 in Hutchinson, Minnesota to James P. and Magdalen (Remer) Campbell. Sharon attended Holy Trinity High School in Winsted. She met Peter Czech at the Blue Note Ballroom and they were united in marriage at Holy Trinity Catholic Church. Sharon loved spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren. She loved camping and campfires for the socializing that came with it. She liked caring for her bulldogs Charlie and recently Bella, her chickens, and as a child her horses Goldie and Autumn. Sharon had a passion for decorating. She loved Christmas and looked forward to decorating and putting up the Christmas tree. She enjoyed going to craft shows and craft fairs. She also liked to spend time in her flower garden. Sheri was preceded in death by her father James P. Campbell; brother John Campbell and brother-in-law Willard Quast, Sr. She is survived by her husband Peter, Jr. of 38 years; sons Nicholas (Erin), Jonathan (Jennifer), Adam, Isaac, Peter III (Emily); 5 grandchildren Cole, Jacob, Madelyn, Claire, Lily; mother Magdalen Campbell; siblings Thomas (Joyce) Campbell, Kay (Bruce) Fasching, James (Diane) Campbell, Rita Quast, Kathy (Jim) Hertel, Kevin (Lois) Campbell. Mass of Christian Burial was held 11 a.m. Monday, January 4, 2016 at St. Mary of Czestochowa Catholic Church, rural Delano. Visitation was Sunday, from 4 to 8 p.m. at the Iten Funeral Home, Delano. Visitation continued Monday, 10 to 11 a.m. at church prior to Mass. Interment was in the church cemetery.
