Sheila Kay Opsal age 67 of Delano passed away and joined her soul mate Winnie Sinkel on Wednesday, November 18, 2015. She was born June 13, 1948 to James and Faye (Bellamy) Balser in East Liverpool, Ohio. Sheila was a postal carrier for 30 years. She was also an active member of the Delano American Legion Auxiliary. She loved food, golf, travel and bowling. Sheila was preceded in death by her parents and brother Sharrel Balser. She is survived by children David (Royce), Dana (Pete) Kittok, Tara Opsal and Dennis; grandchildren Justin, Autumn, Cody, Bryce, Madalyn; 3 siblings Joy Hope, Jerry Balser, Lucy Severson. Memorial Service was held at 3 p.m. on Sunday, December 6, 2015 at Lyndale Lutheran Church, 8012 County Rd 6, Lyndale. A Gathering of family and friends took place from 3 -3:30 p.m. at the church prior to the service.
