Timothy John, age 77 of Delano, passed away on February 24, 2025, at the Wealshire of Medina. He was born on March 16, 1947, to Frank and Lucy (Yungbauer) Braith in Wadena, Minnesota. He was the oldest of 10 children.

He attended a country school in Bluegrass, Minnesota, and graduated from Sebeka High School in 1965. Upon graduating, Tim enlisted in the US Army. After serving his country for 2 years, he returned home to Wadena.

After settling in again at home, Tim met his future wife June Zeise. After a quick courtship, they were wed on September 27, 1969, at St. Hubert’s Catholic Church in Bluegrass, Minnesota. To this union, one son was blessed.

Tim made his living as a machinist, working for Superior Manufacturing for 42 years out of St. Louis Park.

Tim was a passionate family man. He enjoyed spending time with his loved ones. When he wasn’t with his family, he loved to bowl, hunt, fish, and spend time outdoors. He was an avid photographer and specifically enjoyed capturing nature’s true beauty in his photographs. All these passions played second seat to the role of being grandpa to Dylan.
