Mildred A. Hunter age 94 of Buffalo, formerly of Waverly passed away on Friday, July 6, 2012. She was born September 10, 1917 to John and Nellie (Goldsmith) McElmeel in Delhi, Iowa

Mom enjoyed her time spent at Park Terrace in Buffalo with the caregivers who would become her well known friends.

Mildred was preceded in death by her husband Robert “Bob” Hunter. She is survived by her children Holly (Roger) Rosin, Nancy (Frank) Prepodnik, Bill (Peggy) Hunter, Marilyn (Paul) Fobbe; 12 grandchildren; 23 great grandchildren; and 1 great great grandchild.

Mass of Christian Burial was held on Monday, July 9, 2012 at 10:30 a.m. at Church of St. Mary in Waverly, Minnesota. Rev. Kenneth O”Hotto celebrated the Mass with interment in the church cemetery.
