David Michael DiBenedetto age 64 of Watertown passed away peacefully with his family by his side on Monday, March 7, 2016 at the Hennepin County Medical Center in Minneapolis Minnesota. He was born October 26, 1951 to Joseph and Marie (Jolicoeur) DiBenedetto in Minneapolis, Minnesota.

David was a loving husband, dad and grandpa. He was preceded in death by his parents Joseph and Marie DiBenedetto; brother Robbie DiBenedetto; sister Nancy Severson; father-in-law and mother-in-law Floyd and Gladys (Olson) Chapel and brother-in-law Thomas Jansson. He is survived by his wife Susan (Chapel) of 39 years; children Shannon (Nate Finch) DiBenedetto, Joseph (Teri) DiBenedetto; Grandchildren Brennan Wischnack; Nolan and Lexi DiBenedetto; siblings Sandy (Ron) Tomberlin, Steve DiBenedetto, Debbie Jansson; brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law Ron (Cindy) Chapel, Georgia (Duane) Eggen, Kathy Jenkins, Frank Chapel, Floyd Chapel Jr.; many nieces and nephews.

Memorial services will be held at 2 p.m. on Sunday, March 13, 2016 at St. Paul Lutheran Church in Watertown, Minnesota. Gathering of family and friends will occur from 1-2 p.m. on Sunday prior to the service at the church.
