In loving memory of Christine Louise Swartzer who passed after a courageous battle with cancer and joined her Lord and Savior on November 20, 2014. She was born December 27, 1957 to Arlen and Mildred (Lockwood) Peterson in Buffalo, Minnesota.

Christine was a loving wife, mother, daughter, sister and friend to all. A lady who loved Christmas and the process of preparing for it. Christine would sacrifice herself to help others. She kept her strength for everyone.

Christine was preceded in death by her niece Jamie Bogdanoff as well as her grandparents: Jessie and Delvine Peterson and Henry and Minnie Lockwood.

She is survived by her husband Donald; children Kyle Davis, Alesha Swartzer, Daniel Swartzer; her many furry children in the form of her many pets; her parents Arlen and Mildred Peterson; siblings Laura (Dana) Bogdanoff, Mike Peterson, Lynn (Mark) Lang, Roger (Barb) Peterson, Ted Peterson; as well as many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

Memorial Mass of Christian Burial was held on Tuesday, December 2, 2014 at 11 a.m. at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Delano, Minnesota. Gathering of family and friends was held in the church from 9:30 to 11 a.m. prior to Mass on Tuesday. Inurnment was on Tuesday, December 2, 2014 at 2 p.m. at Elmwood Cemetery in Rockford, Minnesota.
