Clifford A. Lange, age 85 of Delano, went to be with his Lord and Savior on Monday, February 29, 2016. He was born on May 8, 1930 in Hollywood Township to Walter and Lydia (Lemmerman) Lange. He was a loving husband, dad, grandpa, great grandpa, brother, uncle and friend.

Clifford married Beverly Splettstoeszer on June 16, 1954 at St. Paul’s Evangelical Lutheran Church in Montrose. They were long-time members of Mt. Olive Lutheran Church in Delano.

Clifford was a life-long farmer. He especially loved his family. He enjoyed vacationing, dancing and fishing.

Clifford was preceded in death by his parents; siblings Dolores (Art) Adickes, Vera (Leo) Roy, Erhard Lange and Melvin (Arlene) Lange; brother-in-law Gordon Dalbec and nephew Mark Lange.

He is survived by his wife of 61 years Beverly; daughters Wendy (Gary) Hasse and Tammy (Brian) Sevigny; 5 grandchildren Nichole Stieve, Jessica Stieve (special friend Dustin Schrupp), Courtney (Joseph) Volby, Rylee Sevigny, Collin Sevigny; 3 great grandchildren Eja, Dominic and Samuel Volby; siblings Donald (Renee), Malvina Dalbec and Yvonne Lange; sister-in-law Jeanne Pettit and many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

Funeral Service were held 2 pm Sunday, March 6, 2016 at Mt. Olive Lutheran Church, Delano. Visitation was 4-8 pm Saturday at the Iten Funeral Home in Delano and continued Sunday, 1-2 pm at church prior to the service. Interment was in East Mt. Olive Cemetery in Delano. Lunch was provided after the service at the Delano Legion.
