JoAn Theresa Dols (née Farmer), formerly from Watertown, died peacefully at Good Samaritan on December 13th, 2016 in Robbinsdale, MN at the age of 70.
JoAn was born on March 12, 1946 in Bird Island, MN to Joseph and Geraldine Farmer (Ehlers). JoAn graduated from St. Catherine’s with a degree in nursing. JoAn married Thomas Dols in 1967. After moving to Watertown, JoAn began working for the hospital in Watertown and Waconia.
JoAn is survived by her daughter, Susan Dols, grandson Matthew Neiberger. Brother & Sister-in-law Jim and Lucy Dols Nieces and Nephews, Mike and Amy Dols, Chris Dols, Steve and Mandy Dols Rae Petrie and Nicole Petrie and great nieces and nephews. JoAn is preceded in death by her parents Joseph and Geraldine Farmer and her sister Diane Petrie.
A memorial service occurred on Thursday December 29th 4-8 pm at Immaculate Conception Church, Watertown, MN. Private family inurnment at a later date.
