Allen J. Lindquist age 77 of Delano passed away on Friday, March 30, 2012 at the Golden Living Center in Delano, Minnesota. He was born March 12, 1935 to Theodore and Margaret (Kolon) Lindquist in Hector, Minnesota.

Allen was preceded in death by his parents Ted and Margaret Lindquist. He is survived by his wife Delaine; daughter Denise Bernick; sons Greg Lindquist, Kevin Lindquist and Brian Lindquist; 5 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild; brother Ted (Marilyn) Lindquist of Springfield, Illinois, Maynerd (Lou) Lindquist of Grand Rapids, Minnesota; sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law Arlene Bernu of Bovey, MN, Betty (Milo) Dullum of Coon Rapids, MN, Merle (Jenny) Schmidt of Maple Grove, MN, Carolyn (Jack) Schwartz of Alpina, MI, Adeline (Darrel) Moss of Columbia Falls, MT, Audrey Owens of West Virginia, Arnold (Pat) Schmidt of Grand Rapids, MN, Marlys Scarry of Perham, CA, Janice Yeager of Brooklyn Center, MN, Fred Schmidt of Cokato, MN; as well as many nieces, nephews and friends.

Memorial services were held on Tuesday, April 3, 2012 at the Iten Funeral Chapel in Delano, Minnesota at 4 p.m. Chaplain Bob Haskin officiated at the services with music provided by Christian Nielsen.
